I understand what it’s like to feel like you're not being the best version of yourself. I suffered from adrenal fatigue for many years and just thought that’s how life was. I was exhausted, I fell sick all the time and I never really got to enjoy “being me.”
My body was screaming out for help but for years I had ignored it. This left me experiencing anxiety, weight gain, adult acne and a continual battle to get out of bed every morning.
I finally turned to an holistic approach to my health. Looking at and studying my body as a whole being - mind, body and energy. It was only through Kinesiology, Meditation and whole food nutrition I was able to rebalance myself physically, emotionally and regain my sense of self. I rediscovered what it was to be vibrant, passionate and energised in life.
We can all get stuck in a mode of looking after everyone else first, Ignoring what our own bodies are trying to tell us.
My hope is that one day, we’ll all have the tools and knowledge to be able to heal ourselves; emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Each of us already have the power to do it, sometimes we just need a little help knowing how.
Being able to teach others how to connect and heal themselves is what drives me every day. That’s what this life is all about, sharing knowledge.
